Many family reunions have been held on this pool deck protected by the courtyard stucco wall. Wedding receptions for 40 people have been held on a spring and fall night on over twenty occasions. At night the house and pool illumination is stunning. Take a 250 step stroll from this corner lot to the beach on a sidewalk on a quiet street. Enjoy gentle breezes overlooking crystal clear waters from this private gated beach. Beautifully decorated and fully furnished home with comfortable seating in the living room. There is a custom 20 ft long mural that is almost as pretty as the view.
