I called them and spoke with Mark Patterson who is the son. They only have one house left to rent out that week. He said the house could definitely accommodate 16 people. Over 16 may be a little tight. They can add a third single bed to the room with the two single beds on the 4th floor. And they could add a fourth bed to the room with 3 beds on the second floor. And they could also add one or two single beds to any of the Master Suites. The garage can hold one car and the driveway can hold 5 cars because it's a long driveway and there supposedly is plenty of parking space across the way. The pool is not heated so we probably would not be utilizing it. Its on Miramar Beach about 5 minutes from Destin. He said there were plenty of restaurants across the street. He's going to check with his father regarding the price and wanted me to call him tomorrow. He would require a deposit but needs to check with his father for an amount. And then the balance 30 days before date of arrival.
